Founder & CEO Caroline Puren arrived in Miami from France more than thirty years ago, earned her bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management at FIU, and built her career in the city’s finest luxury hotels, including the W South Beach and Trump International. Years in five-star hospitality, event planning, and property management taught her one thing above all: luxury is attention to detail, originality, exclusivity — and above all, quality.

She founded Lux Rental Miami to bring that hotel-level discipline to private waterfront villas.
