This modern 3-bedroom luxury condo is the epitome of Miami Beach living. With an additional office/sofa bed for added convenience, the unit boasts a spacious rooftop terrace complete with a hot tub and outdoor kitchen, offering breathtaking views of the Miami skyline and the stunning sunset. Built in 2016, it showcases contemporary design and provides all the comforts for a stylish and cozy stay.

Located in the heart of Miami Beach, Sunset Bliss is just a short walk from the beach, Publix, Starbucks, restaurants, and more. As a guest at Sunset Bliss, you’ll also have access to building amenities that include a gym, pool, and sauna, ensuring a truly unforgettable escape.

For your comfort, we provide the following: 

• The villa is fully furnished & completely equipped with linens and towels.
• Welcome amenity provided: bottle of wine, shower gel, shampoo and hair conditioning, Nespresso pods for your first day.
• Free Wifi.
• Sonos System
• Smart TVs in all the bedrooms and living rooms, with access to Netflix– 5 TVs total. 75″ TV in the living room.
• The pool company comes once a week to clean the pool, usually on Wednesday, mid-day. Landscaping comes every 2 weeks, usually in the morning.
• Additional Housekeeping can be provided at an extra cost. Please contact the Property Manager for more information. We require an additional cleaning for stays over seven days to maintain the quality of the villa.
• Children are welcome.

Rental Policies: 

• Our bookings require a minimum age of 25 years old
• Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
• Smoking is allowed outside only. $1000 will be charged if the house as a smell of smoke
• PLEASE READ: No parties, no drugs, no exception. Violation of these rules will result in the immediate removal of the guest and guests party, pursuant to § 82.045 Fla. Stat.( 2018). Owner reserves the right to charge an additional $2000 for any group over 8 people even if no damage is found. Guests are required to sign the house rules. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors at any time; Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00p.m. – 8:00a.m. No DJs and/or bands are allowed on property at any time. No other device than the one at the property should be used to play music. The villa has been equipped with a noise awareness and the property manager will be alerted if the volume is excessive.
• No more than 3 cars are allowed and can only be parked within the property lines. No Speeding.
• The house should not be Advertised anywhere that this listing. No sub-renting allowed.
• No RVs and no commercial vehicles allowed to park.
