By booking with Lux Rental Miami, you agree to the following terms and conditions. A rental agreement must be signed upon confirmation.
Age & Identification: Primary guest must be at least 25 years old and provide a valid photo ID at check-in.
Payment & Credit Card Policy: A valid credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover) is required for booking. Any damages, excessive cleaning fees, or policy violations will be charged to the card on file.
Travel Insurance: Highly recommended for unforeseen events, including weather disruptions.
Chargebacks & Refunds: Guests waive the right to dispute charges without first contacting management. Refunds are only granted per the cancellation policy.
Cancellation & Refund Policy: 100% refund for cancellations made 14+ days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations within 14 days of check-in. No refunds for force majeure events unless a mandatory evacuation order is issued.
Check-in & Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Guests must follow departure procedures, including trash disposal and locking all doors. Excessive cleaning will result in additional charges.
Occupancy & Guests: Maximum occupancy limits apply. Unauthorized guests or exceeding occupancy limits may result in eviction and additional fees.
Noise & Parties: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No parties, DJs, or loud music. Noise monitoring devices are installed, and violations may result in immediate eviction.
Parking: No more than 2 cars allowed on the property. No street parking or speeding.
Smoking & Prohibited Substances: Smoking is permitted outdoors only in designated areas. Zero tolerance for narcotics.
Cleaning & House Rules: Guests must follow all house rules, including proper trash disposal and maintaining the property. Additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive cleaning is required.
Disclaimer: The Renter agrees that Lux Rental Miami shall not be liable to Renter, Renter’s guests, invitees, or any other person for any injury, loss, or damage to any person or property on or about the rental premises. Renter shall hold Lux Rental Miami harmless and indemnified from and against all loss or damage occasioned by use, misuse, or abuse of any part of or fixture on the premises, surrounding areas, and from or against any omission, neglect, or default of the Renter, his/her guests, or invitees. The Renter acknowledges that Lux Rental Miami is acting solely in the capacity of Agent for the property owner and assumes no liability thereunder.
